Dunrovin Real Estate was founded in 1987 from the parlor of the historic Dunrovin Manor, a stagecoach stop along Route 14 in Sharon, Vermont.
At that point in time, the owner/broker, Dean Goulet had been a licensed Broker for about 10 years and worked under the tutelage of several successful real estate firms in central Vermont. Dean Goulet has been an active member of the National Association of Realtors for over 30 years and was the President of the Windsor County Board of Realtors. He served on various committees and boards, most notably, the Ethics Board.
